I’m working on it...
www.scoins.net leads to a number of <what should they be called?> sites, some of which automatically add the next label on the end. These are:
your ending result
.net/ .net/the_Scoins_Site/Home.html a home page
.net/Site .net/Site/ a second home page
.net/essays .net/essays/Qingdao.html why this one?
.net/finance .net/finance/Interest__Simple_and_Compound.html why this one?
http://www.scoins.net/blog_site/Essays/Essays.html is the latest, most corrected and edited collection.
http://www.scoins.net/Essays/Blog_Essays/Blog_Essays.html is a different list created when iWeb was misbehaving.
... and I’m working intermittently on these connections too.
My terminology until someone gives me better ones:
Global site - the whole collection of pages found from www.scoins.net
website - a subset collection of webpages, such as the blog-site essays, the next level of directory.
webpage - any file (set of files) ending in .html
“why this one?” refers to the observation that the ‘result’ seems to jump to a page rather than a heading / choice page. I think it is the top entry in the file listing. I tested this by changing the order of the finance pages, but the expected change did not happen. Weird.
